Since 1932 it has soon been 90 years since the young master confectioner Adolf Teuscher Sr. had the vision to create his new chocolate creations, pralines, and truffles using only the finest ingredients. He quickly found the perfect raw materials: chocolate, nuts, almonds, fruits, and excellent Swiss milk, butter, and cream. With his craft, he mixed these ingredients into various recipes and forms, eventually creating over 100 types of pralines, with a special focus on a wide range of truffles. After 15 years of creative work, he crowned his efforts with the world’s unique specialty: Champagne Truffles.

All these wonderful recipes were passed down from father to son. He, too, resisted the numerous temptations to add chemical additives like preservatives, stabilizers, or flavor enhancers to the pralines.
